WATER ,CITRIC ACID ,PROPYLENE GLYCOL ,PHOSPHORIC ACID ,HYDROXYETHYLCELLULOSE
How To Use
- Mix any permanent hair color with the designated developer per the instructions.
- Add 12 mL of Salon Care pH Adjuster Additive to the mix.
- 2 oz permanent hair color with 1:1 ratio gets 12 mL. 1 oz permanent hair color gets 6 mL.
- Let hair color process 10-20 minutes.
